
Strawberry Protein Smoothie

- 1 cup Pauls Smarter White Milk
- 1 cup natural yoghurt
- 1 cup strawberries, fresh or frozen
- 1 cup sliced banana, fresh or frozen
- 3 tsp chia seeds, sprinkle to garnish
- 5 almonds, chopped finely
- Splash of vanilla extract or essence
- Sprig of mint

1. Place the strawberries, banana, yoghurt, milk, vanilla and 2 tsp of chia seeds into a blender.

2. Blend until smooth.

3. Pour into a tall serving glass or Mason jar and garnish with almonds, remaining chia seeds and a sprig of mint. Serve immediately.
