Ingredients display
  • 1 cup Pauls Smarter White Milk
  • 1 cup natural yoghurt
  • 1 cup strawberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup sliced banana, fresh or frozen
  • 3 tsp chia seeds, sprinkle to garnish
  • 5 almonds, chopped finely
  • Splash of vanilla extract or essence
  • Sprig of mint
How to Make it display
  • 1. Place the strawberries, banana, yoghurt, milk, vanilla and 2 tsp of chia seeds into a blender.

  • 2. Blend until smooth.

  • 3. Pour into a tall serving glass or Mason jar and garnish with almonds, remaining chia seeds and a sprig of mint. Serve immediately.
