- 100 g Pauls Vanilla Custard
- 1 tbsp whisky
- 1 -2 shots hot espresso coffee, to serve
- coffee beans, to decorate

1. Freeze custard in a large sphere ice ball maker as per pack instructions.

2. Place 1 frozen Pauls Vanilla Custard ball into the glass.

3. Pour whisky into a wide rimmed glass and decorate with coffee beans.

4. Serve with hot espresso coffee on the side. Pour over hot coffee and enjoy!

Tip: For a non-alcoholic alternative, simply omit the whisky.
