  • 100 g Pauls Vanilla Custard
  • 1 tbsp whisky
  • 1 -2 shots hot espresso coffee, to serve
  • coffee beans, to decorate
How to Make it display
  • 1. Freeze custard in a large sphere ice ball maker as per pack instructions.

  • 2. Place 1 frozen Pauls Vanilla Custard ball into the glass.

  • 3. Pour whisky into a wide rimmed glass and decorate with coffee beans.

  • 4. Serve with hot espresso coffee on the side. Pour over hot coffee and enjoy!

  • Tip: For a non-alcoholic alternative, simply omit the whisky.
