  • 600 g Pauls Vanilla Custard
  • 1 /3 cup arborio rice
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • Berries and coulis to serve
How to Make it display
  • 1. Pour custard into a medium non-stick saucepan and heat gently over medium low heat.

  • 2. Add rice, reduce heat to low and cook for 20 minutes, stirring.

  • 3. Remove from heat and refrigerate until cold.

  • 4. Fold through whipped cream and divide into serving glasses.

  • 5. Top with extra custard, berries and coulis.
