What you need

  • 600g Pauls Vanilla custard, plus extra to serve
  • 1/3 cup arborio rice
  • 1 cup of whipped cream
  • Berries and coulis to serve

How To Make It

  1. Pour custard into a medium non-stick saucepan and heat gently over medium low heat.
  2. Add rice, reduce heat to low and cook for 20 minutes, stirring.
  3. Remove from heat and refrigerate until cold.
  4. Fold through whipped cream and divide into serving glasses.
  5. Top with extra custard, berries and coulis.
