What you need
- 100g Pauls Vanilla Custard
- 1 tbsp whisky
- 1-2 shots hot espresso coffee, to serve
- Coffee beans, to decorate
How To Make It
- Freeze custard in a large sphere ice ball maker as per pack instructions.
- Place 1 frozen Pauls Vanilla Custard ball into the glass.
- Pour whisky into a wide rimmed glass and decorate with coffee beans.
- Serve with hot espresso coffee on the side. Pour over hot coffee and enjoy!
Tip: For a non-alcoholic alternative, simply omit the whisky.
