
Toffee Apple Crumble

- Apple Filling:
- 500 g Granny Smith apples
- 3 tsp flour
- 1 /4 cup white sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 /4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Crumble:
- 3 /4 cup plain flour
- 1 /2 cup brown sugar
- 1 /2 cup rolled oats
- pinch of salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 /4 tsp baking powder
- 1 /4 cup melted butter
- To serve: Pauls Creamy Vanilla Custard

1. Preheat oven the 180ºC.

2. Peel and core apples then cut into small cubes.

3. Combine all apple filling ingredients in a bowl and spread evenly into a baking dish.

4. For the crumble, add all ingredients into a bowl and mix until you get a crumbly mixture.

5. Spread on top of apples.

6. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Once done, let cool for 10 minutes.

7. Serve with Pauls Creamy Custard Vanilla.
