Ingredients display
  • Apple Filling:
  • 500 g Granny Smith apples
  • 3 tsp flour
  • 1 /4 cup white sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 /4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Crumble:
  • 3 /4 cup plain flour
  • 1 /2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 /2 cup rolled oats
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 /4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 /4 cup melted butter
  • To serve: Pauls Creamy Vanilla Custard
How to Make it display
  • 1. Preheat oven the 180ºC.

  • 2. Peel and core apples then cut into small cubes.

  • 3. Combine all apple filling ingredients in a bowl and spread evenly into a baking dish.

  • 4. For the crumble, add all ingredients into a bowl and mix until you get a crumbly mixture.

  • 5. Spread on top of apples.

  • 6. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Once done, let cool for 10 minutes.

  • 7. Serve with Pauls Creamy Custard Vanilla.
