Ingredients display
  • 500 g Pauls Vanilla Custard
  • 1 vanilla cake packet mix
  • 1 punnet raspberries
  • 200 g white chocolate chips
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 /2 cup raspberry jam
How to Make it display
  • 1. Preheat oven to 180ºC fan forced

  • 2. Make cake mix as per box instructions excluding the milk.

  • 3. Add cake batter into a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

  • 4. Sprinkle over white chocolate chips.

  • 5. Pour over 500g of Pauls Creamy Custard Vanilla.

  • 6. Swirl through ½ cup of raspberry jam and top with fresh raspberries.

  • 7. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.

  • 8. Let cool for 15 minutes before cutting into it.

  • 9. Serve with Pauls Creamy Custard Vanilla.
