
Raspberry White Chocolate Tray Cake

- 500 g Pauls Vanilla Custard
- 1 vanilla cake packet mix
- 1 punnet raspberries
- 200 g white chocolate chips
- 2 eggs
- 1 /2 cup raspberry jam

1. Preheat oven to 180ºC fan forced

2. Make cake mix as per box instructions excluding the milk.

3. Add cake batter into a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

4. Sprinkle over white chocolate chips.

5. Pour over 500g of Pauls Creamy Custard Vanilla.

6. Swirl through ½ cup of raspberry jam and top with fresh raspberries.

7. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.

8. Let cool for 15 minutes before cutting into it.

9. Serve with Pauls Creamy Custard Vanilla.
