What you need
- 200g Pauls Vanilla Custard
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 12 frozen sweet pastry tart cases
- 1 tsp nutmeg
How To Make It
- Preheat oven to 160°C.
- Whisk together eggs and custard and then divide mixture evenly between tart cases. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes or until just set.
