
Strawberry Protein Yoghurt Pops

- 700 g Pauls + Protein Strawberry Yoghurt
- 300 g strawberries chopped
- 150 g white chocolate
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- Wooden icy pole sticks

1. Mix the yoghurt and strawberries in a bowl. Dollop onto baking paper or into moulds, insert a wooden icy pole stick or spoon, and freeze for 2 hours.

2. Melt the white chocolate with the coconut oil. Dip the frozen pops into the chocolate or drizzle it over the top.

3. Place on a tray lined with greaseproof paper and freeze for another 30 minutes .
