  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp Pauls + Protein Strawberry Yoghurt
  • 1 cup Pauls + Protein Low-fat milk
  • 2 strawberries chopped
How to Make it display
  • 1. In a jar, combine oats, chia seeds, maple syrup, yoghurt, milk, and chopped strawberries. Mix well.

  • 2. Top with an extra spoonful of yoghurt (Optional), and the toppings.

  • 3. Cover and refregirate overnight.
