
5 Ingredient Protein Blueberry Bagels

- 155 g self-raising flour, plus extra for dusting
- 1 tbsp stevia (or preferred sweetener)
- 240 g (1 cup) Pauls + protein blueberry Yoghurt
- 30 g (1/4 cup) blueberries (frozen or fresh)
- 1 tbsp melted butter or coconut oil

1. In a bowl, combine self-raising and stevia.

2. Add yoghurt and mix a dough forms, then fold in the blueberries.

3. Knead the dough into a ball on a lightly floured surface, adding a little extra flour if sticky.

4. Slice the dough into four pieces and shape each piece into a bagel.

5. Brush each bagel with melted butter or coconut oil.

6. Line your air fryer basket with parchment paper and place the bagels inside, ensuring they don't touch.

7. Air fry at 180°C for 20 minutes, flipping halfway for even browning. Let cool for a 10 minutes, then enjoy .
