Ingredients display
  • 155 g self-raising flour, plus extra for dusting
  • 1 tbsp stevia (or preferred sweetener)
  • 240 g (1 cup) Pauls + protein blueberry Yoghurt
  • 30 g (1/4 cup) blueberries (frozen or fresh)
  • 1 tbsp melted butter or coconut oil
How to Make it display
  • 1. In a bowl, combine self-raising and stevia.

  • 2. Add yoghurt and mix a dough forms, then fold in the blueberries.

  • 3. Knead the dough into a ball on a lightly floured surface, adding a little extra flour if sticky.

  • 4. Slice the dough into four pieces and shape each piece into a bagel.

  • 5. Brush each bagel with melted butter or coconut oil.

  • 6. Line your air fryer basket with parchment paper and place the bagels inside, ensuring they don't touch.

  • 7. Air fry at 180°C for 20 minutes, flipping halfway for even browning. Let cool for a 10 minutes, then enjoy .
