
Chocolate Pepermint Cookies

- 1 /2 cup Pauls + protein chocolate yoghurt
- 1 /4 cup butter, softened
- 3 /4 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cups self-raising flour
- 1 /2 tbsp peppermint extract
- crushed candy canes or peppermint candies, for topping

1. In a bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar. Stir in the chocolate yoghurt and peppermint extract until smooth.

2. Gradually, add the self-raising flour to form a soft dough. If the dough feels sticky, add a little more flour.

3. Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

4. Roll dough into small balls (about 1 tbsp each) and place on the baking sheet. Gently flatten each ball.

5. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the edges are set.

6. Sprinkle crushed candy canes or peppermint candies on top of each cookie while they're still warm. Cool on a wire rack.
