How To Make It
- Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a tall serving glass. Top with cinnamon and serve immediately with a thick straw.

Tubs of apple puree are sold in the canned fruit section of the supermarket.

Ensure your blender is suitable to crush ice. If not, place theice in a freezer bag and bang with a rolling pin until fine, then add to your blender as normal.
