What you need

  • Mexican Dipping Sauce:
  • 4 tbsp Pauls Sour Cream
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 jalapeno, chopped finely
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 1 tbsp freshly chopped coriander
  • Salt & pepper
  • Creamy Avocado Dip:
  • 1 tbsp Pauls Sour Cream
  • 1 avocado, skin and pip removed
  • 1/3 medium red onion, chopped roughly
  • 2 tbsp freshly chopped coriander
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 1 birdseye chili, finely chopped with some reserved
  • 3-4 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper

How To Make It

  1. For the Mexican Dipping Sauce, simply mix all of the ingredients and place in a serving dish. Garnish with coriander.
  2. For the Creamy Avocado Dip, place all of the ingredients other than the olive oil in a food processor and blitz until combined and smooth. With the motor running, slowly drizzle in the olive oil until a mousse like consistency is achieved. Serve in a small bowl with a garnish of chili.
