Coconut Custard Meringues with Banana Salad

Combine custard powder and castor sugar in a saucepan with a little milk to form a paste.

Add remaining milk and coconut and heat, stirring until thickened.

Cool and fold in cream.

Top meringues wih custard and fruit and serve.
Banana Salad:
Combine bananas, oranges and passionfruit together.
