Apple and Raspberry Custard Crumble

Ingredients

  • 300g fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1 x 425g can pie apple
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon custard powder
  • 1 tablespoon castor sugar
  • 1 cup Pauls Slim or Skinny or Physical No Fat Milk
  • 1/2 cup untoasted muesli
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon, extra

Method

  1. Combine raspberries, apple and cinnamon together and spoon into a large gratin dish.
  2. In a small saucepan combine custard powder and castor sugar with a little of the milk, to form a paste.
  3. Add remaining milk and heat, stirring until thickened.
  4. Pour custard over fruit and top with combined remaining ingredients.
  5. Bake at 180°C for 45 minutes.
  6. Allow to stand for 5 minutes before serving.
