Mushroom Parmesan Pasta
Ingredients

500g spiral pasta

25g Australian Butter
-
4 spring onions, chopped

250g button mushrooms, sliced

1 tablespoon flour

1 1/2 cups Pauls Thickened Cream

1/2 cup grated Australian Parmesan Cheese
Method

Cook the pasta in a large saucepan of boiling water for 20-25 minutes or until cooked.

Meanwhile, melt the butter in a frying pan and saute the spring onions and mushrooms for 5 minutes.

Sprinkle the flour over the mushrooms and cook, stirring for 2 minutes.

Combine the remaining ingredients together and add to the pan.

Bring to the boil, stirring until thickened.

Drain the pasta and add to the sauce.

Serve immediately.
