Lasagne Alla Spinaci
Ingredients

250g lean minced beef

1 onion, diced
-
1 x 750ml jar tomato based pasta sauce

200g spinach, chopped

pepper, to taste
-
100g Australian Butter
-
1/3 cup plain flour
-
2 cups Pauls Milk
-
12 instant lasagne sheets, cooked

250g shredded Australian Mozzarella Cheese
Method

Lightly brown beef and onion in a non-stick frypan.

Add tomato sauce, spinach and pepper and simmer.

Melt butter in a saucepan, add flour and cook stirring continuously for 1 minute.

Add milk, stirring until sauce thickens.

Butter a baking dish and line with 3 lasagne sheets.

Cover with 1/4 of the mozzarella cheese.

Spread 1/3 meat sauce and 1/3 white sauce.

Repeat layers of lasagne sheets, cheese, meat sauce and white sauce until all
ingredients are used.

Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.

Allow to stand for 15 minutes before cutting into squares and serving
