Banana & Prune Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Pauls Slim or Skinny or  Physical No Fat Milk
  • 1/2 cup  Pauls Natural Set Yoghurt
  • 1 ripe banana, sliced
  • 4 pitted prunes

Method

  1. Place all ingredients together in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into two tall, chilled glasses and serve immediately.
