Get-Up-And-Go Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Pauls TRIM or REV or Physical Low Fat Milk, chilled
  • 1/2 cup  Pauls Low Fat Natural  Yoghurt
  • 1 cup drained canned peach slices in natural juice
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • cinnamon, for sprinkling

Method

  1. Place ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve in tall, chilled glasses sprinkled with extra cinnamon.
