Get-Up-And-Go Fruit Smoothie
Ingredients

1 1/2 cups Pauls TRIM or REV or Physical Low Fat Milk, chilled

1/2 cup Pauls Low Fat Natural Yoghurt

1 cup drained canned peach slices in natural juice

1 ripe banana

1 tablespoon honey

cinnamon, for sprinkling
Method

Place ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
