Orange Cake
Ingredients

120gm softened butter

1 cup sugar

½ cup Pauls Buttermilk

Grated find from 1 orange

1½ cups Self Raising flour

2 eggs

For Topping
-
Rind and juice from 2 oranges

½ cup caster sugar
Method
- Beat all ingredients for 6 minutes.
- Pour into greased and papered bar or ring tin.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes at 1800C.
Syrup Topping
Mix rind and juice of 2 oranges with ½ cup castor sugar.
- Boil 3 minutes and pour over cake - stand for 15 minutes before serving with Pauls Dollop Cream.
