Jam Filled Muffins
Ingredients
- 1½ cup plain flour
- ¼ cup castor sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- ½ teaspoon bi-carbonate soda
- ¼ cup butter
- 200g Pauls Natural Set Yoghurt
- ¼ cup Pauls Buttermilk
- 1 egg
- plum jam
Method

Blend dry ingredients.
- Melt butter, stir in yoghurt, milk and egg.
- Add to dry ingredients. Mix lightly.
- Half fill muffin pans with mixture.
- Place a teaspoon of jam and top with remaining mixture.
- Bake in a moderate oven 20 minutes.
