Bircher Muesli

Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats

1/4 cup sesame seeds

1/4 cup sunflower kernels

1/4 cup currants
-
1/4 cup sultanas

2 tablespoons oat bran

3 cups Pauls Slim Milk or Skinny Milk

1/2 cup soy grits
-
200g Pauls Low Fat Natural Yoghurt

1 - 2 apples, grated

1 1/2 cups chopped dried fruits (eg. apricots, apple, pear)
Method

Combine all ingredients, cover and refrigerate overnight.
Note: Can be made ahead and eaten throughout the week.
