Caesar Salad Dressing 2
Ingredients

½ cup whole-egg mayonnaise

tablespoons wholegrain mustard
- ½ cup Pauls Sour Light Cream
-
½ cup water
-
tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
-
anchovies, drained and chopped
Method

Place mayonnaise, mustard, sour cream, water, Parmesan and anchovies in a bowl and whisk until smooth.

Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
-
Can also be used as a potato or pasta salad dressing.
