Pork ‘N’ Banana Madras

Ingredients

  • 500g Pork Fillet, cut into thin strips
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Curry Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Chutney
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 250g Pauls Sour Light Cream
  • 3 Bananas sliced diagonally

Method

  1. Melt butter. 
  2. Raise to high heat, add pork and stir - fry for 5 - 7 minutes.
  3. Add curry powder and chutney - cook for 1 minute.  Stir through salt, sour cream and banana slices.
  4. Heat through and serve immediately. 
  5. Accompany with hot buttered parsley rice and a cucumber salad.
