Pork ‘N’ Banana Madras
Ingredients

500g Pork Fillet, cut into thin strips

1 tablespoon Butter

1 tablespoon Curry Powder
-
1 tablespoon Chutney
-
Pinch of Salt
- 250g Pauls Sour Light Cream
-
3 Bananas sliced diagonally
Method

Melt butter.
-
Raise to high heat, add pork and stir - fry for 5 - 7 minutes.

Add curry powder and chutney - cook for 1 minute. Stir through salt, sour cream and banana slices.

Heat through and serve immediately.

Accompany with hot buttered parsley rice and a cucumber salad.
