Smokey Red Capscium Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 red capsicum, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 4 rashers bacon, finely chopped
  • 250g Pauls Sour Cream

Method

1.   Place capsicum, onion and bacon in a fry pan and saute until onion is soft and beginning to
      brown.
2.   Place in food processor and blend until smooth. 
3.   Fold through the sour cream.
4.   Chill and serve with assorted vegetable sticks and corn chips.
