Banana Split with Butterscotch Sauce

Ingredients

  • 4 bananas, peeled
  • 8 wafer biscuits
  • 8 scoops Australian Vanilla Ice Cream
  • chopped nuts, for serving

BUTTERSCOTCH SAUCE

Method

  1. Cut banana in half lengthways and place into sundae dish.
  2. Top with Ice cream.
  3. Pour over Butterscotch Sauce.
  4. Garnish with wafer biscuits and sprinkle with chopped nuts.

BUTTERSCOTCH SAUCE
Combine all ingredients for the Butterscotch Sauce together and simmer until sugar has dissolved and sauce is slightly thickened.
Allow to cool slightly before drizzling over Ice Cream.
